Welcome to Remix Church Media (“Remix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of remixchurchmedia.com and any related downloads, purchases, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

• If you use the Services on behalf of a church or organization, you represent you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

• You’re responsible for your account, activity, and keeping login details secure.

• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• We offer subscription plans (e.g., Social Access, All Access, All Access Pro) and à la carte purchases.

• Subscriptions auto‑renew each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You may cancel any time; access continues through the end of the prepaid period.

• Pricing, features, and availability may change; we’ll try to provide reasonable notice for material changes to plan features or price.

When you download a template or other asset from Remix, you receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use that content as described below. You don’t own the content; you’re licensed to use it while following these Terms.

4.1 Church use (Social / All Access / Pro)

• Use templates to create graphics/videos for your own church across print, screens, and social.

• You may export/share final images/videos with your staff and volunteers for ministry use.

• Do not resell templates, re‑license them, or redistribute source files (e.g., PSDs, project files) to any third party or marketplace.

• Social templates are available with Social Access (or higher) and are not sold individually.

4.2 Freelancer & agency use

• If you create for multiple, unrelated church clients, you must have an All Access Freelancer license.

• The Freelancer license includes Commercial Use of our Design Toolkits for client work.

• It does not permit resale of templates, re‑licensing, or distribution of source files to clients. Deliver final exports only.

4.3 À la carte purchases

• Most templates are available individually ($17–$27 each). The same license rules apply as above (church‑only use for the purchasing church; no resale/source‑file sharing).

• Custom Retitles (one‑off) are available for $57 per template. See Section 6.

4.4 Fair use & access

• Plans include unlimited access to your library with a fair daily download limit to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

• We may investigate patterns that indicate abuse (e.g., bulk automated downloading) and pause access while reviewing.

4.5 Fonts & software

• We do not supply font files due to licensing. Each template lists the fonts used; many are available via Adobe Fonts and sync with Photoshop.

• Templates are designed for Adobe Photoshop. Many can be edited with Photopea (free online). Functionality may vary in other editors.

4.6 AI & prohibited uses

• You may not upload Remix content to generative AI tools, include it in AI training datasets, or use it in any way that allows third‑party systems to learn from or redistribute our assets.

• You may not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

All content on the Services—including templates, images, motion assets, toolkits, text, and branding—is owned by Remix or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 4, no rights are transferred to you.

Pro plan benefits include custom retitles and priority support.

• Pro members: Custom retitles are included as part of the plan; provide the series/event title and target template and we’ll return a ready‑to‑use version (typical turnaround ~3 business days).

• One‑off retitles: Available to non‑Pro users for $57 per template. Because retitles are a personalized service, they are non‑refundable once delivered (we’ll correct any errors we made).

If you send content or instructions (e.g., titles for retitles), you grant Remix a limited license to use, modify, and process that material solely to provide the Services to you. You represent you have the right to provide such materials and that they don’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content.

We provide friendly support for pre‑purchase questions and members (account, billing, downloads, licensing). Pro members receive priority response. Contact us via our Contact form.

• The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Remix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse licenses, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., licenses to your materials, IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we post changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we’ll use reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., banner or email). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Utah for any dispute arising from or relating to the Services. If your church is outside the U.S., any mandatory local consumer laws may also apply.
