Everything Remix Church Media sells is digital: church templates you download, and memberships that let you download them. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no shipping times.

Single templates

• Right away: as soon as your payment goes through, the thank-you screen lists your template’s files with a download button for each.
• By email: your receipt arrives within a few minutes, with links to sign in and download.
• Any time after: your templates stay in your account under your account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout to download them again.

Template files are zip downloads. Most take a few seconds; the biggest packs (motion backgrounds in 4K, full collections) can take a minute or two on a typical connection.

Memberships (Social, Standard, Pro)

Your membership starts the moment your payment goes through. You can download right away from any template page in your plan, and a welcome email follows with how to get started.

Custom retitles (Pro)

Retitle requests are delivered by email, in up to 3 business days from the request.

Remix Studio

Remix Studio opens in your web browser, so there’s nothing to install or wait for. It comes with Standard and Pro.

If something doesn’t arrive

If a download won’t start, a file won’t open, or your receipt never shows up, use our Contact form or email hello@remixchurchmedia.com and we’ll sort it out. Our Refund policy explains when we repair, replace or refund a purchase.
