Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when you buy from Remix. Because our products are digital and available for instant download, all sales are generally final. That said, we’ll always do the right thing in cases like duplicate purchases or confirmed technical issues.

What we'll refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Duplicate purchase – You were charged more than once for the same item/plan.

  • Confirmed technical defect – A file is corrupted or contains a reproducible issue that we cannot fix or replace.

  • Unresolved access problem – You cannot access or download a purchased item after we’ve troubleshot with you.

  • Billing error – A processing error on our side resulted in an incorrect charge.

Wherever possible, we’ll first try to repair or replace the file(s). If we can’t reasonably resolve the issue, we’ll refund the purchase.

Not eligible for refund

Refunds aren’t issued for:

  • Change of mind or “no longer needed” after download

  • Style/preference mismatch

  • Accidental purchase not caused by a site error

  • Software/skill limitations (our templates list requirements; many edit in Photoshop or the free online editor Photopea)

  • Internet/connectivity issues during download

  • Unverified issues we’re unable to reproduce

Subscriptions (Social, All Access, Pro)

  • Non‑refundable: Subscription fees are non‑refundable once charged. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

  • Pro members only: Custom retitles and priority support are part of the Pro plan and are not refundable once delivered.

  • Billing errors/duplicates: We will correct and refund any proven duplicate or erroneous charges.

À la carte purchases

Most templates are available individually for $17–$27 each (Social templates are plan‑only). À la carte sales follow the same refund criteria above (duplicates, confirmed defects, or unresolved access problems).

Custom Retitles (one‑off): You can also purchase a single Custom Retitle for $57 per template. Because this is a personalized service, it is non‑refundable once delivered (we’ll correct any errors we made). Typical turnaround is about 3 business days.

How to request a refund

Please use our Contact form with:

  1. Order number (or the email used at checkout)

  2. Product name/link

  3. What went wrong (include screenshots or error messages)

  4. Any steps you’ve already tried

We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as we can. 

Timing & method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once processed, funds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback before reaching out may delay resolution and can result in a temporary hold on your account.
